20W-50 High Performance Synthetic Oil has a pour point of -45 degrees F and a flash point of 507 degrees F. In non-racing gas engines, the drain interval is 3 times the recommended change interval, or 1 year. Filter change is at 6 months or 12,500 miles. In racing engines, lube oil analysis may extend the drain interval to 3 times the recommended interval for change. Amsoil oil filters are not recommended for racing engines, due to the fine filtration rating, which could restrict oil flow.
